The Longevity Blueprint was designed by the members of this project's advisory board to highlight the main 'Modifiable Health Enhancement Factors' that lead to a long life of pain free, active, healthy, and social life.

The Human Longevity Alliance is dedicated to making sure that we have a community where we have businesses that offer the members of said community the opportunities to do so.

Healthy Community

While reducing stress is a good idea, actually eliminating the cause of stress may be difficult. I cannot quit work and cause less stress. However, we can address the physical expression of stress to reduce the overall physical toll it takes on us.

We have approved member sponsors that provide solutions in this area.

You may notice similarities between the Blue Zones research and our own.

We consider that research very much when performing ours.

However, as health practitioners, the criteria we employ draws more toward:

Clinical connection: Each recommendation has in and of itself diagnostic importance to individual health application (specifically the CDC 10 major chronic health conditions).

Practical application in American life: For instance, one may find active living in an old world designed community like Sardinia a bit easier than when living in a community developed for the automobile like Orange County.
