While reducing stress is a good idea, actually eliminating the cause of stress may be difficult. I cannot quit work and cause less stress. However, we can address the physical expression of stress to reduce the overall physical toll it takes on us.

Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition
Eating healthy starts with an anti-inflammatory nutritional practice avoiding over-processed 'foods'. While there is much debate over this issue, we've poured through almost 100 years of research in different populations and different perspectives to find the elements that were most consistent.

Environment
We take for granted the fact that sunlight, oxygen, and connection with the Earth itself are the primary nutrients over an above what we eat. Along with avoiding environmental toxins, we try and optimize this missing area.
